Refund policy

7-DAY EASY EXCHANGE

Wrong size or want a different design? Exchange your item within 7 days of delivery for another size or a product of the same or higher value (pay the difference, if any). The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.
To request an exchange, WhatsApp 8595632956 or email Support@psychothreads.in with your order ID. We arrange reverse pickup where serviceable. If your pincode isn't serviceable, self-ship to the address below and we'll reimburse courier charges on a valid receipt.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

Returns for refund are accepted within 3 days of delivery, under the same conditions. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

Record an unboxing video and contact us immediately so we can make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

Customised T-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged. No returns on sale items or gift cards. Items bought under a bundle offer (Buy 3 or Buy 1 Get 2 Free) can be exchanged for size but not returned individually for a refund.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact Support@psychothreads.in.
